​​Secure Packaging
​
At Myshinymadness, we take great care to ensure your fine art prints are shipped securely. Each print is carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We use high-quality materials and protective packaging to safeguard your artwork until it reaches your doorstep. (Because we're good like that!).​

Domestic Shipping

​
We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. The choice of carrier may vary based on the destination and size of the package. ( Eg If you live on another planet, we may use our Extraterrestrial Carriers (AlienEx) if I can find their phone number).

International Shipping

​
We ship worldwide. International shipping times and costs vary based on the destination and chosen shipping method. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply. (I suggest avoiding getting your print delivered by snail mail because that just seems a bit mean).

Processing Time
​
​Print orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. For local deliveries, you can expect your print to arrive within 3-4 business days. For international orders, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days to reach your doors (assuming you have a door).

Damaged Prints
​
If your print arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide a photo of the damaged print and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note: If you get inspired to ask AI to add gold bars to the photo of your potentially damaged goods so we can replace them, we regret to inform you that we know we didn’t send any gold bars—because if we had some gold bars, we’d quite likely be somewhere that actually had a gold bar.

Tracking Your Order
​
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment online. Or not—you can print it off and turn it into a paper airplane. Whatever floats your boat (or in this case, your plane).

Customs and Duties
​
For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs. Extra charges suck, there, I said it.

Delivery Delays
​
International shipments may be subject to delays due to customs processing. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot control delays caused by customs. And let’s be honest—there’s nothing funny about waiting too long for your internet shopping, except when you accidentally hit “buy now” after your 17th cosmopolitan and get a surprise package you don’t even remember ordering. (Actually, that does sound quite fun.)

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY -ART
New Zealand Returns:
We want you to love your artworks you collect! This is why we have a 7-Day Return Policy. Once you have received an artwork we'll give you 7 days to decide whether or not you would like to keep the artwork or return it for a refund.
We will accept returns on any artworks within 7 days of delivery date.
Any artwork may be returned (excludes prints please refer to the print policy above as long as it is in its original condition and packaging.
If you do wish to return an artwork, email us at lisa@myshinymadness.com and we will arrange for our courier to come and collect the work from you (at your expense). (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt you will not be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)
Once the artwork safely reaches us and has been checked over, we will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to you (minus shipping costs and customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of the artwork being returned.
Please note that Prints and Canvas are excluded from the 7-Day Return Policy.
International Returns:

International customers are eligible for our 7-Day Return Policy, however due to the cost of shipping internationally, the cost of returning the work to us in New Zealand is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please see above (New Zealand Returns) for more details on returns.
What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged:
If an artwork arrives to you and it is damaged you must email us at Lisa@myshinymadness.com within seven days of receiving your package.
We will need:
- Your order information
- Photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging (please save the original packaging)
We will contact you to discuss the next steps.
